In recent years, China's urban construction and rail transit construction has developed rapidly, and the construction of high-speed intercity express trains, subways, and stations is increasing. The demand for light-duty architectural decorative panels is increasing, and the quality requirements are getting higher. . Nowadays, not only the color decoration is required, but also high hardness, scratch resistance, fireproof, flame retardant, good pollution resistance, aging resistance and easy cleaning.

Aluminum plate surface coating There are three kinds of coatings available in the past: powder coating, fluorocarbon coating, polyurethane coating, these three can not meet the above requirements. Therefore, in the design of the new subway station, anti-scratch aluminum alloy plates are required, and many subway stations use ceramic-coated anti-scratch aluminum plates (ceramic aluminum plates).
Ceramic coatings include solvent-based ceramic coatings and water-based ceramic coatings. Following the national environmental protection policy, the development of water-based coatings is in line with the country's industrial development direction. The key properties of waterborne ceramic coatings are high hardness (standard ≥ 6H), good adhesion and scratch resistance. It conforms to GB/T23443-2009 "Aluminum veneer for architectural decoration".
(1) Solvent-based coatings are architectural coatings prepared by using an organic solvent as a dispersion medium. Solvent-based coating properties
1) Quality of coating film: In the case of high decorative requirements, the fullness of waterborne coatings usually does not meet the requirements of people. High-gloss coatings are often achieved by using solvent-based coatings.
2) Adaptability to various construction environments: For water-based paints, the volatilization rate cannot be adjusted. In order to obtain a high-performance water-based latex paint film, it is necessary to control the temperature and humidity of the construction environment.
3) Solvent-based coatings have a wide selection of resins: in solvent-based coatings, almost all kinds of resins can be dissolved in solvents, and the choice is wider. Different resins have their own unique properties, such as polyurethane with excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance, high gloss, abrasion resistance, etc. Silicone resin has excellent heat resistance and can be used as a base for heat-resistant and weather-resistant coatings.
4) Cleaning problems. The construction tools for solvent-based coatings must be cleaned with solvents and are harmful to humans and the environment. The construction tools for water-based paints can be cleaned with water and are basically harmless to the human body.
