It has the highest height, largest volume and strictest standards in Ningbo. The project is designed by the world's largest architectural design company "Japan-based design", and its design philosophy is "to liberate the urban space from the suppression of the tower, to find the original openness of the ground." The construction drawing was provided by Shanghai Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., a first-class architectural design institute with rich design experience in super high-rise buildings in China. It was developed and constructed by Ningbo Port Group.
